· Manage the client finance process; serve as the lead contact for clients and their agents,
· Process client trade instructions and reconcile accounts to ensure instructions are followed properly.
· Understand and be able to articulate the risks within your responsibilities, suggesting approaches to mitigate risk.
· Interact confidently with internal and external clients,
· Transition Management, Client Relationship, Client Reporting, and Global Offices.
· Gather facts and make informed decision about client requests, escalate where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
· upper intermediate level of English, German is a plus
· University/Collage degree in finance, economics, or equivalent combination of education,
· 1-3 years of work experience in financial services/audit/debt-financing/risk analysis, preferably in a multinational environment,
· proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications,
· client oriented attitude. Confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels,
· analytical-minded and detail-oriented skills with a problem-solving, team player, can-do attitude.
